I think maybe you have never played in the UnderWorld or Fissue of Woe both of these places can be reached after ascending through Temple of the Ages when your home servers have the favor of the gods.
As with everything prices change with the economy but ecto you can get in UW drops and are around 7k shard you can get in FoW drops and are around 4k I dont have pics of crystaline or FoW armor but there is a link to a site that shows both somewhere in GWG forum do a search |

UW = Underworld
FoW = Fissure of Woe Both of these are accessible from the Temple of the Ages - ToA - in the Kryta area. You must first be Ascended (you probably are unless you skipped the desert) to enter UW and FoW, and also pay a 1 platinum entrance fee for the party. ToA happens to be one of those optional towns that you may never find out about just by doing all the missions. It's a bit west of Lion's Arch, and if you did the Villainy of Galrath quest, chances are you passed by or stopped there. |

Thank you Savio for the wonderful follow up to clearify. Also you can only access UW or FoW if your home servers have the Favor of the Gods. Ever see now and again America currently has the Favor of the Gods Europe will have to win 4 more times. This is what it is referring to the Favor of the Gods is fought over in the Hall of Heros (HoH) in PvP combat if you ever want to help with that.
Here is a link all about the armor http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...t=armor+images |

Oops, I usually don't care about favor since I'm on American servers.
Typically, UW and FoW are referred to as what to do after finishing the game, PvE-wise. The monsters in there are at least lvl 24, with many going up to lvl 29. Your first few times in, find an experienced group, be willing to listen, and don't grab quests unless told to. Your teammates will thank you for not throwing a bunch of invinci-Aatxes on them. |

you have to pay everytime but its a group cost so the larger the group the more the expense can be offset. BTW here is an image of that sword I got it from another link

If you've been to Bergen, ToA is a bit north-west.
Temple of the Ages is an outpost, similar to Bergen Hot Springs. There are statues for each of the Guild Wars gods. In Grenth's and Balthazar's statue, you can /kneel and then a phantom appears; if you talk to him, he asks for 1k to enter the areas. Be aware, if you pay you are instantly 'teleported' to the zones, so try to make/find a group before paying. And yes, you have to pay every time you enter UW or FoW, not ToA. Also, there's no resurrection shrine in those areas, so if your group is completely defeated, you have to return to outpost and pay again. This is supposed to be a high level area. But with a 8 people group, the fee is only 125/person. Hope you enjoy these areas as much as I do. Try first with FoW, as it is a bit easier IMO. |

Random Question:
How is it that you can get a party of 8 in ToA? But never get it anywhere else till much later in the game? And why is eveyone such a high level there? I was level 14 when I got there, and was scared by the bigger people I realise thats about 4 questions but thats not the point |

Because you can gain access to the Fissure of Woe and the Underworld from there, both which require a skilled team of 8 players.

Actually, if you start any mission or quest with a party that left from ToA, you can do it with the full party of eight. .. chances of finding eight people there who want to walk back and do Althea's Ashes might be pretty slim, but it's a great way to beat Sanctum Cay at a low level |
